4th January - 4th April: £926 per week

5th April - 2nd May: £1,610 per week (including Easter period)

3rd May - 27th June: £2,040 per week

28th June - 29th August: £3,197 per week

30th August - 26th September: £2,040 per week

27th September - 31st October: £1,102.50 per week

1st November - 19th December: £882 per week

20th December - 2nd January: £1,610 per week (including Christmas period)


Terms and Conditions

• A booking deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid on reservation.
• The full amount must be paid 1 month prior to the holiday start date.
• At the same time a £300 refundable damage deposit must be paid.
• Upon funds having cleared the keys, map and driving instructions will be released.
• On completion of the holiday and safe return of the keys the damage deposit will be refunded providing the house is left in good order.
• Bookings are Saturday to Saturday only.
• Earliest arrival 5:00 pm. Latest departure 10:00 am.
