This wonderful provencal villa is the perfect holiday retreat. It is immaculately finished using local stone and warm terracotta tiles and stands in 3 acres of land. There is a private woodland copse and a small stream, lawned gardens and the surrounding rural countryside is extremely peaceful.
The 12 x 5 metre swimming pool is ideal for fun and relaxation and has a child safety fence installed.

The house interior is light and bright. There is a split level lounge / dining room area which features an original wood beamed ceiling with good views of the terrace and pool. The 5 bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 twins) each have ensuite facilities and the well-equipped kitchen will seat four adults comfortably.

The house is fully furnished to a high standard and includes flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and modern kitchen appliances. There is a gas barbeque, 10 sunloungers, and a full size table tennis table, as well as a roof terrace with a large table and chairs. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided along with china and cutlery. A cot, travel cot and a highchair are available.

The English speaking house guardian will meet you on arrival to show you the house and handover the keys. During a stay of 2 weeks a cleaner will to change the bed linen, towels and clean midway through your stay. A gardener comes once a week to water and clean the pool, usually in the early morning. Please note this is a No Smoking property.

A small 'Huit á Huit' (8 til 8) supermarket for basic supplies is within 5 minutes walk and opens 7 days per week (half day on Sunday - morning only).
There is a small petrol station within 5 minutes drive.

The picturesque village of Seillans is 10 minutes walk from the property where it is possible to find small cafés, quaint restaurants with al fresco dining and many of sightseeing opportunities.

Nice airport is a very direct 40 minutes easterly drive through Provence, facilitating an easy commute from London Heathrow or Gatwick airport.
